SoFTEC's Mission Statement

SoFTEC's Mission Is:

To provide focused, software industry specific, public policy advocacy on finance and tax issues.

To educate U.S. and international financial reporting and accounting standards setting bodies and state, federal and international tax authorities with respect to the impact of their activities on software companies.

To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between the finance and tax executives at software companies worldwide.

To promote the best interests of its members and the software industry on finance and tax issues through the thorough development and communication of industry positions.
